Before any face to face interview a unique phone screening tool is developed for each role. Our team of recruitment officers use these templates to identify those important needs, wants and desires of each applicant and ensure that the role and the applicants are ideally matched before any face to face interview takes place.
The screening tool captures much needed information that is so often missing in those black and white CVs.
At JISH we allocate what we call a Performance Manager to each placement. The role of The PM varies from one client to the next but importantly exists to ensure that all parties are happy with the engaged individual.
In most cases the PM has a daily function a variety of Process and Performance issues.
